2009 Season, Manager's Thoughts

fools!
You say that like it’s a bad thing.
Very interesting! The most “controversial” match is Seattle and New York! I think you are both incorrect, but that is irrelevant. The “west coast” guy ( for some reason people east of Iowa/Illinois border think that Arizona is on the ocean) picks New York and the east coast guy picks Seattle. That isn’t event the most fetching part of the prediction. 3-1 for New York is really quite disrespectful, but probably the sun has gotten the better of Mr. Martinez, but 4-0 for Seattle! The only way that came out was a hurricane hit Carolina just as Mr. Jones was typing and it came out incorrectly. Note to the league, there is not a Starbucks within 15 blocks of the Sluggers playing site, so quite often the Seattle players are debilitated by a severe shortage of caffeine. I know, Seattle / Starbucks basically the same thing, but it is true. I seen ‘em shaking like it was an earthquake (another phenomenon not understood in the far half of the nation). So guys, lets just settle on a 2-2 tie, like I said in the Seattle blog.
Seattle ought to have a slight edge, but 4-0 is a little optimistic. We could just leave it at 3.5-.5 to seattle to account for chance.
Lol yah the Seattle-New York match was my big upset of the week…I gotta pick at least one! That was is the most interesting match I gotta agree with you though.
With such laughable Boston-Carolina predictions Leo might as well kiss Jones arse! Forgot last year– or did somebody wipe off that hard drive ?
You guys want me to pick all the favorites to win? I gotta put some upsets in there to keep it interesting
I suppose this is why we still play the matches each week instead of just doing with predictions.
But you gotta love the traffic you get!
I think you guys should occasionally pick against one another’s team
Well I’m not going to pick Carolina to go 10-0
Hello first let me say I bEen folowin utas unis Leaga for quite som time I like this very mucho. I have a question. On papier ze team from Norther Karoline is weaker than som otherz. Why u choose zem as the winer for 2 weeks ago. Thank ya and hello from France. Au Revoir
HA81, if you come to the matches every once in a while, you’ll notice that there is a Starbucks about 2 blocks away. Maybe you should swing by there and bring the players some coffee.
See! I was right on the Queens matchup…and I was close on the Seattle-New York matchup. At least closer than Craig!
