He is rated about 2050, loves to play blitz on the street. He thinks smoking weed in between these games, makes him play stronger,and maybe he is right. Well, why do I bring this up you may ask,--very simple--this guy doesnt resign: he fights until the bitter end, he seeks chances until they are COMPLETELY exhausted and sometimes he finds them. I can bet money this guy Billy, would not have resigned that game and would have spotted the perpetual. Go Billy! Now, of course it was a mistake. It was a huge mistake! But a completely understandable mistake from a practical "player's" point of view, and certainly not a mistake worthy of any further self criticism or punishment.
