That results in a very, very tough ending and isn’t the best way for white. WK winds up not being able to easily approach the runaway pawn.

White wins after 42.Qd2+ Qxd2 43. Nxd2 …..black e4 cannot promote with white knight in place or white king to move over; one of white’s b or c pawns get in to promote as King is too far to help
